Delete an account

In the app

1. Open APEX on iPhone, Android, or the web and log in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Type the confirmation word and tap the delete button.

The login, its sessions, and linked sign-ins (email, Apple, Google, Microsoft) are removed right away.

Staff login

Sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete account. That removes the staff sign-in: the Better Auth user, session, account, and verification rows for that person. It does not delete patient charts.

Owner closes a chair

The practice owner closes the chair from Settings. Charts stay for the legal hold. Health data is special-category data, kept only for care under the practice's instructions. No real patient data is accepted until a Business Associate Agreement is signed.

Ask in writing

Email support.apex@tkhub.app from the address on the account. Say whether you are deleting a staff login or closing a chair. We confirm before anything is removed.
