Until a written BAA is signed by TK Hub LLC, do not enter real patient records. After a BAA, your practice is the covered entity. We do not sell charts.
$99/month (first month free) or $890.99/year (3 months free, charged upfront) unless quoted in writing. 2D imaging is in the chair. Fast Check-In is in the chair. 3D needs fiber. Office website, listings, e-fax, phone, SMS, AI council, practice app, staff clock, and waiting-room TV are extra add-ons or packs. Basic office site is $49/month or $440.99/year. Custom office site is $500 once plus hosting, or $1,000 once with no hosting line. Custom domain on the $1,000 track is $19.99/month (first charge next month) or $179.99/year — we register the .com. Licensed next work sits on the WALL. Unpaid invoices can suspend the chair.
A double charge, a wrong amount, or a renewal that ran after a cancel already on file is refunded in full. Chair: $99 a month with the first month free, or $890.99 a year (3 months free), charged upfront. Monthly: your first charge is one month after the start. Cancel anytime. Access lasts through the paid date. That month is not refunded. Yearly is charged upfront. Cancel plan ends the plan at the end of the paid year: access continues until then and no refund is issued automatically. Refund on request (yearly, web/Stripe purchases): only if you choose Request a refund. Refund = amount paid minus (months used × the $99 monthly price), never below $0. We count started months: a partial month counts as a full month used. The free months are lost. A refund request cancels the plan now and access ends right away. This applies to every yearly plan bought on the web, including older yearly plans bought at $899: we use what you actually paid. Example: $899 paid, refund requested in month 2: 2 × $99 = $198 kept, $701 refunded. Requested in month 10: 10 × $99 = $990 is more than $899, so $0 is refunded. Example: $890.99 paid, refund requested in month 4: 4 × $99 = $396.00 kept, $494.99 refunded. After 9 months used, 9 × $99 is more than the yearly price, so a refund request returns $0. Cancel plan instead keeps access to the end of the paid year. Storage already used is not refunded. Charts are not deleted on cancel. Export stays available until access ends. The record hold stays. The refund goes back to the same card within 10 business days. Cancel or request a refund in Settings, then Billing. No email is required. Plans are sold on the web through Stripe only; the iOS and Android apps do not sell plans. App Store or Google Play purchases are not refunded by us; refund requests go to Apple or Google under their rules. APEX has no in-app purchases today.
Hey APEX is optional. Output can be wrong. A human reviews notes and claims. We do not train public models on your charts.
Claims only against TK Hub LLC. Cap: fees paid in the three months before the claim. No indirect damages. Texas law. Individual AAA arbitration. No class actions.
