Legal name, National Provider Identifier, license. Then invite staff.

  1. Fill the office form.
  2. Pick single practice, multiple sites, dual database, or Dental Service Organization.
  3. Invite staff. They set their own password.

Tap the desk. Drag. Pinch.

  1. Home is the office.
  2. Tap Book, Family, the chair.
  3. Names on/off in Settings.

Themes + Logo

14 themes. Practice logo beside APEX — never instead.

  1. Settings → Brand kit.
  2. Wheel or reel for color.
  3. House mark stays house lime.

Sound + Narrator

Sting first. Tutorial narrator on. App narrator off until you flip it.

  1. Hear the sting once.
  2. Tutorial narrator reads How To.
  3. Turn App narrator on in Settings if you want it elsewhere.

Dental, medical, vision, hearing, custom. Names spelled out.

  1. Pick a floor at first open.
  2. Rooms rename.
  3. Custom floor + rules in Security.
